Early British 1821 Pattern Light Cavalry Trooper’s Sword
With plain, pipe back blade retaining most of the original polish. Leather ribbed grip appears to be covered with a form of lacquer or shellac(?). Hilt numbered to quillon and end of scabbard drag.
Condition of the Sword
With light wear to the hilt – blade in excellent.
Specifications of the Sword
Blade length is 32.5 inches (38 inches overall).
