A truly superb British c.1800’s Mahogany Petty Officer’s Naval Cosh
This is a very fine turned wood mahogany naval cosh of large proportions. With a solid wood ball end with grooved decoration. Turned wood handle and flexible leather on rope middle. Used to keep order whilst on the deck of a warship.
Condition of the Cosh
In fine condition with some (expected!) minor dents and dings to the ball end.
