A fine example of a German Saxony Model 1867 Infantry Officer’s Sword
An original German Saxony Model 1867 Infantry Officer’s Sword with typical decorated brass hilt comprising the royal coat of arms of the State of Saxony to the folding guard. Grip is covered with fishskin and brass twistwire to the grip. The blade has a deeply engraved royal cypher. Complete with original steel scabbard.

In excellent condition throughout – slight loss to grip.
